'Mother and Baby Well-Being Course - bringing confidence, connection and joy to your pregnancy​ and birthing'

A six-week exploration developing awareness and skills to best care for yourself and baby, during both pregnancy and parenting:

  • Build trust in your body and your powerful, instinctive capacity to birth
  • Deepen your connection and bond with baby in-uterus to support the birthing process
  • Learn how to reduce stress and anxiety through special mindfulness and feeling-awareness techniques, creating peaceful internal resilience, along with a harmonious living environment
  • Develop communication skills to connect more deeply with baby, partner, other children and loved ones
  • Discover how the gestation period and the first 6 minutes, 6 hours and 6 years of a child’s life influence the foundation of your child’s well-being 
  • Be given heart-centred tools to best support baby upon arrival and their first formative years of life
  • Discover the joy and wonder of ‘being present’ in the moment with your baby. Experience the heart and eye-opening world of your new born

This course is ideal in the first or second trimester and complimentary alongside third trimester ante-natal classes, providing a well-rounded preparation for pregnancy and your unique journey towards parenthood.

The first three weeks are for mum’s-to-be and the second three weeks include the partner or support person. This course will include both group discussion and sharing, informative educational tips, plus creative modalities to help access your inner wisdom and strengths.

So whatever your emotional state is, your baby feels this. Lisa offers tools to assist you in fostering peaceful resilience on a day to day basis and to also process feelings or emotions that may arise during your pregnancy.

Baby in-utero is already forming impressions and decisions about life, before they are even born?
As a ‘soul’ they are highly perceptive. They form decisions based on their experience in the womb – not through their mind or thoughts, but from an instinctive and pre-verbal state. The more a mother, and her partner, connect with their baby prior to giving birth the more the baby will feel secure, loved, safe and wanted in this world. 

This course came at the right time for me. It has really helped in fostering a sense of positivity and connection with my pregnancy.
