Reiki is a timeless healing energy, that has had different ‘names’ over time. Reiki opens you to your own innate healing ability as the Universal Energy stimulates your body’s natural capacity to heal on all levels of your being.
You will receive the treatment on a massage table whilst being fully clothed. Gentle music and a soothing environment make for a calming and healing experience.

I began my Reiki training in 1995 and qualified as a Reiki Master/Teacher in 1998. I have been practicing Reiki both on myself and with clients since then. I honour and respect the wisdom of the body, heart and mind to heal. When I work with clients, your own self-healing ability is switched on and strengthened. As a therapist I can also support any issues you may be addressing in a caring and encouraging way.
Golden Touch - Massage or Body Work
I offer an intuitive-based massage – responding to your body’s needs, aches, pains or injuries. I also bring in the element of care, so it can feel more than a ‘clinical’ type massage, and one that includes a sense of nurturing.
I had massage training in both the UK (shiatsu massage) and Golden Bay (Holistic Pulsing). I am also yoga and danced trained so we can explore moving and stretching your body and limbs, in releasing and liberating ways. This involves moving, picking up, and stretching limbs and joints. This is done in a safe and considered way, where once again I listen to you and your body’s capacity.
Whether it is massage or body work you are after, you will come away feeling more freedom and ease. As we know, when the body holds less tension our mind, heart and inner being will naturally feel more peace, calm and serenity.
